Total accuracy during the production process ensures maximum functionality of our aluminium castings. All processes have been certified according to ISO 9001\/2015 since 1996 by T\u00dcV Rheinland (Testing and Research Laboratory of the Rhineland). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuous process monitoring and material tests in every phase of production are mandatory in order to provide the highest quality standards. The scope of testing involves x-ray inspection, rupture and leak tests as well as spectral analyses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to keep up a high level of quality, we carry out trainings of our staff and conduct internal quality audits on a regular basis. Permanent enhancement is provided by using Continual Improvement Process (KVP). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
